Collection Services

If you are not satisfied with our plastic waste collection service, you may request a service review within 7 days of collection. If the issue is found to be on our part, we will provide a credit toward future services or process a refund for the specific collection as applicable.

Processing Services

For plastic waste processing services, concerns must be raised within 15 days of material delivery. If processed materials do not meet the agreed specifications due to our processing error, we will either reprocess the materials at no additional charge or provide alternative materials of equivalent value, subject to availability.

Consulting Services

Consulting and advisory services are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the consulting service provided, please contact us within 30 days. We will review your concerns and may offer additional consultation sessions or adjustments to address your specific requirements.

Material Return Policy

Processed Plastic Materials

Processed plastic materials sold by Chauhan Industries may be returned within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Materials must be in original condition and packaging
2. Materials must not have been contaminated or mixed with other substances
3. Return request must be accompanied by quality test reports if applicable
4. Materials must be returned at buyer's expense unless the return is due to our quality control error
5. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover handling and reprocessing costs

Raw Material Purchases

Raw plastic waste materials purchased from clients are generally not returnable due to the immediate processing nature of our operations. However, if there are significant discrepancies in material description or quality that were not disclosed at the time of sale, we will discuss appropriate adjustments or compensation on a case-by-case basis.
